Doggie Shuttle:
One main concern that we have for our customers is not making you drive too far of a distance to get to our facility. From the east side of Greenville we are only located about 15 to 20 minutes away between Greenville and Washington. We realize that someone coming from the west side of Pitt County or the Winterville/Ayden area might have a farther drive.
To cut down on your drive we are offering a FREE pet shuttle from Greenville to Riverside Pet Resort. This shuttle will pick up at our Greenville location and come to the Resort on Monday through Friday only. It will also return your pets from Riverside Pet Resort to our Greenville location. These shuttles will be by appointment only.
We will provide transportation from your residence to the resort if you cannot transport your dog. This is done by appointment only and is not always available. Our schedule is crazy, so we will have to make sure we are available to transport. There will also be a transport fee to shuttle from your residence. The fee will vary based on the distance traveled and time. Contact us if you request this service.
Transportation rates for private shuttle to and from your residence will be charged at .50 per mile plus $20 per hour. The mileage will be based on a mapquest distance search. An example would be: 20 miles round trip plus 1 hour travel time would cost $30. Call if you have any questions.
